On steam and Uplay I always get download speeds of around 1mb/s but NMM always drops to around 400kb/s Any way to improve this? I have already set my default download region to EU (I live in England) but it often just downloads from the US. Mar 09, 2012 whenever i try to download NMM either via the program itself or via the nexus sites the download is very very slow. Via the site it says the download will be finished in an hour. But this is weird as all the other downloads on.

Sign up- Hi, I get very slow download (like 5-9kb/s, sometimes 0kb/s) only from this server, be it via NMM or manual download, and at first I thought it was my ISP, I wrongfully lambasted them about it but it turns out my ISP can bump up to 512 kb/s (steam update proved that). Been having this trouble since 2nd week of January.
- Jan 27, 2018 I am having trouble downloading mods for Skyrim sse. As a regular member I was getting 1KB/s inside NMM and nothing at all via manual download. So i decided to become a premium member, that took things to 20KB.s inside NMM and again no luck with manual downloads. Steps taken Tried the 4 servers, i am in Indonesia so all had roughly same speed.
- An armor mod will install in 10ish seconds, a bodyslide pack for that mod can take an additional 5-10 minutes depending. It's not file extraction time, I have unzipped these things just to test if that is the issue, no problem there. It's just the install and uninstall through NMM.

In the past, there has always been a small window that opened after clicking the automatic download for mods at the Nexus. Currently, that window is not opening and there is just the standard box asking to download with Vortex. I used the manual download and installed the desired mod with NMM. Has something changed with Nexus such as a new API? Will clicking the download with Vortex work with NMM? Environment

Yes, it's the same link, just click download with Vortex and it'll download with any mod manager you got handling Nexus links. |
